Privacy Policy — Yakup Aka

Effective date: February 28, 2026
Contact: info@yakupaka.com

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Yakup Aka (“Developer”, “we/us”) handles information in connection with mobile applications and mobile games that we develop and publish (collectively, the “Apps”). This Policy covers both ad-supported Apps and paid Apps.

Our operating principles are: data minimization, transparency, and security by default. As a general rule, our Apps are not designed to directly collect personal data. However, third-party service providers (e.g., advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob, analytics, or crash reporting tools) may process certain device signals for technical, measurement, and fraud-prevention purposes. The relevant details are outlined below.

1. Definitions

“Personal data” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. “Anonymous data” means information that cannot reasonably identify a specific person. “Third-party service provider” means an independent entity providing services such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure.

2. Data Collection Policy

2.1 Data collected directly by the Apps

In standard operation, the Apps do not request direct personal identifiers such as name, address, or phone number. If a user contacts us via email or a support channel, we may receive information the user voluntarily provides (e.g., name, email address, message content). Such information is used solely for support, communication, and issue resolution.

2.2 Data that may be processed by third parties (ads/analytics)

If an App is ad-supported, third-party advertising services may be used to display ads and measure performance. These services may process certain information that is typically pseudonymous (linked to a device identifier rather than a real-world identity). Depending on the SDK and configuration, this may include:

  • Device information (model, OS version, language/region settings)
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (where supported by the provider)
  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and related signals
  • Ad impressions/click events and aggregated performance metrics
  • Fraud-prevention and security signals

We do not use these mechanisms to knowingly identify individuals. Users may manage advertising settings on their device, including limiting ad personalization and resetting the advertising identifier (availability varies by Android version and device manufacturer).

3. Advertising and Analytics Services

3.1 Third-party SDK usage

Apps may include third-party SDKs to enable advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics, or similar operational capabilities. The purpose is to maintain product quality and stability, improve performance, and support a sustainable monetization model where applicable. We aim to keep integrations minimal and aligned with store policies and user expectations.

3.2 Anonymous / aggregated analytics

In some cases, we may rely on aggregated analytics or anonymized event signals to understand issues such as crashes, performance regressions, or feature usage trends. This helps prioritize fixes and improve reliability. These signals are not used to build a personal profile of an identified user.

3.3 No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We do not rent or trade personal data for marketing purposes. Where third-party providers process information as part of their SDK services, that processing is governed by the provider’s policies and the configuration used in the App.

4. Children’s Privacy

We take children’s privacy seriously. Our Apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a particular App is directed to children, additional measures may be applied to restrict ad personalization and reduce data processing where possible.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal data to us through support channels, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

5. Data Security

5.1 Encryption and secure transport

Where data transmission occurs, we aim to use secure transport mechanisms such as HTTPS/TLS. For third-party integrations, we rely on the provider’s published security standards and recommended practices.

5.2 Access controls and operational safeguards

If any App feature requires server-side components, we apply reasonable security controls such as restricted access, secure key management, and basic hardening measures. We avoid storing data that is not required for the feature to function.

5.3 Limitations

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. User Rights and Requests

6.1 Access and information

Users may contact us to ask questions about this Policy and how information is handled: info@yakupaka.com.

6.2 Deletion requests

Since our Apps are generally not designed to collect personal data directly, the amount of personal data we hold may be limited. If you contacted us via email/support and want your message removed, we will review your request. For information processed by third-party providers (ads/analytics), requests may need to be directed to the relevant provider according to their policies and controls.

7. Retention

Support communications are retained only as long as necessary to respond, resolve issues, and maintain operational continuity. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods as described in their policies.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time due to product changes, store requirements, legal obligations, or technical updates. Material changes may be communicated through the App, store listing notes, or this website.
